Teleworking as a phenomenon is an expression of a new employment relationship that is gradually becoming established. Among its external features, it reveals a cultural change that goes from the extremes of 'Command & Control' to 'Encourage and Engage'. This is a big step for the employee as well as for every manager.

BIt is therefore important to create a common frame of reference around this cultural shift. During this interactive theatre performance, we explore the sensitivities and dilemmas that both managers and employees face. Using a series of humorous but very recognisable sketches, we map out the various pitfalls with regard to teleworking. We do this in 3 chapters:

  • Individual consultation (making appointments/ giving feedback)
  • Joint responsibility for safeguarding the team spirit.
  • Is TELEWORK also for the manager?

The sketches and moments of interaction are an ideal opportunity to bring both parties - manager and employees - together in an atmosphere of trust, to allow them to reflect, and thus to arrive at a common frame of reference to which they can later return.
