LEADERSHIP & interaction
4 Keys to Sustainable Motivation

in short
This performance 'interactive theatre' is designed to give the leaders in your organisation the opportunity to look together in the 'mirror', and to mould the desired leadership style.
Triggers that lead to sustained motivation
When we look at sustainable motivation and corporate cultures in which people give the best of themselves, we come to the Self-Determination Theory (Deci & Ryan), also known as the ABC model. The model explains that 3 basic universal psychological needs drive sustainable motivation and growth.
• Autonomy | the space to fill in certain aspects of the work as you see fit. |
• Belonging | Feeling connected to colleagues and organisation, sense of belonging. |
• Competencies | Feeling good at something, being appreciated, feeling competent. |
Also looking for a team of leaders who know how to connect?
For this theatre performance, Klein Barnum selected 4 practical keys for the manager to take on the role of ‘people manager’, to address the conditions or triggers that lead to autonomous motivation in employees, and to avoid the most common pitfalls that lead to demotivation.
4 keys that activate sustainable motivation
- Awareness of the position that the manager is able to adopt in the interaction game.
We explore the constructive positions of the guiding person of trust. - Controlling your subtext to achieve ‘deep communication’ through non-verbal signals.
- Managing objectives.
- Style flexibility.
Modular Trajectory:
This theatre programme is part of a trajectory (optional):
- The theatre sensitises and translates evidence-based models into lively situations.
- Personal learning goals are given full attention in the training module 'ExerciseLab with training actor'.
OPTION REFRESH Videos
Changing a company's culture is indeed a long-term process. Klein Barnum provides a series of short, inviting videos that highlight pitfalls and best practices from the performance in a post-training process. Use these 'microlearnings' to communicate at regular time intervals, reminding participants of the learning points.
