'Intrapreneurship - all aboard?'
We were very pleased with the introduction of the theme of Intrapreneurship during our departmental day.
Workshop - Presentation skills
The skill is taught by learning relatively simple techniques that make a world of difference. But above all: by doing it! No endless modelling, but real practice.
‘Safety under pressure’
This method of awareness-raising surpasses the classic 50-bullet slides. The colour cards provide a basic interaction.
Theatre on demand
Keep up the good work, everyone is (still) very enthusiastic about your input. It was also a pleasant distraction between the heavier items on the agenda.
'Intrapreneurship - all aboard?'
Recognisable situations played out in reality that have a "confronting" effect, and thus lead to different/better points of view and attitudes. I find the approach particularly strong!
Interactive theatre
Simply fantastic. It amazes me, and not only me, how quickly you are able to find out what we want during the first meeting. Professional, not too far-reaching, yet you say things that we cannot/should not say from our position. The message certainly got through! Drama was the best scored by those present.
Workshop - Presentation skills
You gain insight into your own positive/negative characteristics through continuous interaction. A strong point is also the provision of different perspectives on presentation techniques.
'Intrapreneurship - all aboard?'
The short sketches are very strong to make the point, before or just after. It is disarming and at the same time so recognisable.

Very smooth cooperation. Original approach to link human behaviour in everyday situations to nuclear safety culture. Good scripts: recognisable, humorous, make audience think about its own behaviour. The concept was certainly a success for us, as evidenced by the positive reactions from the audience.

Towards a gender balanced culture
Impro-Labo® - Interactive theatre
Masculine traits, thinking patterns and values are still dominant in the culture of the vast majority of companies and organisations. At the same time, more and more highly educated women are finding their way into the workforce, creating a more feminine culture that claims its place.
Does that mean it is time to take the "battle of the sexes" to the next level? Or has the era of the "gender balanced culture" in which masculine and feminine elements complement each other finally arrived?
With the help of sketches, multiple choice questions and debate, we will take stock of the situation together with the participants and work on the road ahead.
First of all, we will look at the meaning of the terms masculine and feminine. Both energies can be found in men and women. We assign concrete qualities to them and challenge the audience to an intuitive self-analysis.
Vervolgens focussen we op de verschillende niveaus waarop we bewust kunnen werken aan een gebalanceerde cultuur:
- At organisational level: management culture and reward system.
What elements are used as a basis for evaluations?
How does the organisation deal with work/life balance of its employees?
- At team level: working together.
On the basis of what elements does a team take decisions?
What does the feedback culture look like?
And how does one deal with sharing information?
- At the individual level: your inner gender balance.
How masculine or feminine are you?
Do you give both sides of yourself the necessary space?
Or do you tip the scales to one side?
For each topic, we ask the audience about the state of affairs in their own organisation: how balanced are we actually? And what specifically needs to change to bring the various aspects more in balance?
A cutting-edge performance that, without avoiding contradictions, results in greater support for a culture in which masculine and feminine qualities reinforce each other.
